Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager at Bylers Quality Construction is responsible for leading the sales team, managing leads, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is critical in achieving the company’s goals of delivering high-quality, custom building solutions while fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage leads through our CRM system (Buildertrend).
  • Assign leads to sales team members based on priority and expertise.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and refine quoting procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure quotes are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to verify accurate project estimates.
  • Set quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions to improve team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite
